The house
The central body stands on a one-block platform behind a deep south porch with white columns and Iron Bars railings. Downstairs: the master bedroom with its bathroom and dressing room in the west wing, a living room open to the roof with columns on two levels and a fireplace, the dining room, the kitchen with a breakfast nook, an office and a pantry, and the garage on the east at ground level. Upstairs: the bedrooms, a bathroom, a TV corner and a terrace on the north side. The walls are White Concrete with Stone Bricks quoins and trims, and the roofs are Stone Brick Stairs: a hipped main roof with a flat top and railings, two large south gables, a north gable over the living room, a central dormer and a west dormer. Windows have Black Concrete frames, the garage doors are Light Gray Concrete.
Build order
- Platform. Grass Blocks around, the White Concrete platform under the house, the wing and the porch, Oak Planks on top, Stone in the garage.
- Ground floor. Porch columns and railings, then four rows of concrete with the Stone Bricks chains at the corners. The living room columns go up two levels. Build the hearths, the chimneys and the staircase.
- Upper floor. The seventh layer is the floor, with voids over the living room and the entrance hall, and the north terrace with its railing. Four more rows of walls.
- Roofs. The porch slab roof first. Then the main hip, one stair per row, stopping at the flat top with its railings; the two steep south gables; the north gable; the central dormer and the west dormer; finally the garage roof, two slopes with a half-hip on the east.
- Finishing. Chimney stacks, garage doors, window frames and the staircase up to the roof terrace.
Interior
Proposal only: a bed, bedsides and a chest in the master bedroom, a tub in each bathroom, sofas facing the fire in the living room, a long table in the dining room, a worktop and a breakfast table in the kitchen, a desk in the office, barrels in the pantry, a workbench in the garage, and upstairs a bed in each bedroom and a sofa in the TV corner.

FAQ
Can I build it in survival?
Yes, but it is one of the biggest houses of the series: about twenty-seven stacks of Stone Brick Stairs and twenty-one of White Concrete. The lawn uses Grass Blocks, which need Silk Touch.
What is the flat top of the roof for?
The plan draws a flat platform with railings at the top of the hip. The reconstruction adds a staircase from the upper floor so it works as a roof terrace.
What can I change?
White Wool or Birch Planks give a wooden farmhouse instead of concrete. The west wing can be closed off as a separate apartment.
How many blocks do you need for the American Farmhouse?
