Enchanting table at level 30: the bookshelf setup
a novice Librarian sells a Bookshelf for 9 emeralds.

A Bookshelf is a wooden shelf full of books that powers up enchanting tables.
It is made with the Crafting Table from 6 × Oak Planks (or another variant) and 3 × Book. It is mined with an axe and drops Book. As fuel it burns for 15 seconds in a Furnace, enough to smelt 1.5 items.
Six planks and three books make one. Fifteen bookshelves around an Enchanting Table, one block away, unlock the highest enchantment levels. Without Silk Touch it breaks into three books. Strongholds and villages have libraries full of them.
6 × Any of #planks + 3 × Book → Bookshelf
