Camel Husk mob in Minecraft
The Camel Husk is an undead camel. It does not spawn on its own in a biome: you meet it carrying a husk, and once the rider is gone it can be saddled like a camel. Its food is the rabbit's foot, which the husk riding it can drop.

Command
/summon minecraft:camel_husk ~ ~ ~Where camel husks come from
No biome lists the camel husk among its natural spawns. It arrives as a mount: a husk, the desert zombie, rides it. You will therefore meet it where husks live, in the desert, usually at night and alongside other desert monsters such as the parched.
Deal with the rider first. A husk killed while riding a camel husk can drop a rabbit's foot, and Looting improves the odds. Keep it: that is exactly the item the camel husk responds to.
Saddling and food
The camel husk is the same size as a camel and takes a saddle the same way. Its only listed food is the rabbit's foot. Cactus, which camels eat, does nothing for it. If you plan to keep one, set aside a few rabbit's feet before you need them, since rabbits are the other source.
Undead, but not afraid of the sun
A camel husk belongs to the zombie family, but like the husk on its back it does not burn in daylight. Being undead changes several things:
- Potions: Instant Health hurts it and Instant Damage heals it. Regeneration and Poison have no effect.
- Water: it does not drown, and it does not throw its rider off when it goes underwater, unlike a camel or a horse.
- Combat: Smite deals extra damage to it, and the Wither does not target it.
When killed, it drops rotten flesh, never anything useful for a camel farm.
