Enchanted Golden Apple item in Minecraft
The Enchanted Golden Apple is the most powerful food in the game and one of the rarest items: it cannot be crafted, only found in loot chests. Eating it grants strong regeneration, a large absorption shield, resistance and fire resistance at once.
It cannot be crafted; it can be found in chests.
What it does
One bite gives Regeneration II for 20 seconds, Absorption IV for two minutes (eight extra hearts), and Resistance and Fire Resistance for five minutes. You can eat it even with a full hunger bar, so it is the ultimate emergency item for boss fights, raids and lava accidents.
Since there is no recipe, the only sources are chests: dungeons, mineshafts, desert pyramids, woodland mansions, ruined portals, ancient cities, bastion treasure rooms and the ominous vaults of trial chambers. Checking every chest you find is the only way to collect them.
Crafted with a sheet of paper, it gives the Mojang logo Banner Pattern, though using it that way is rarely worth it. Piglins are also drawn to it, like to anything golden.
