An Apple is a simple fruit that falls from oak and dark oak leaves.
It cannot be crafted; it can be found in chests. It can be composted: each one has a 65% chance to add a layer to a Composter.
What it does
It restores 4 hunger points. Apples drop when those leaves decay or are broken, so clearing a forest often yields a few, and farmer villagers sell them. Surrounded by eight gold ingots, an apple becomes a Golden Apple, one of the most useful healing foods.
