How to make a Copper Golem and sort items with it
Enchantments, durability and custom names do not matter, and in Java Edition it cannot tell Potions, Tipped Arrows or Suspicious Stews apart.

A Tipped Arrow is an Arrow soaked in a potion: on top of its normal damage, it gives the target the potion's effect. It turns a bow or a crossbow into a way to poison, slow or weaken mobs from a distance, or to heal an ally.
It is made with the Crafting Table from 8 × Arrow and Lingering Potion.
You make eight of them at once by placing eight arrows around a Lingering Potion in a Crafting Table. Each arrow carries the effect of that potion, including stronger and longer versions, and the effect lasts an eighth of the potion's normal duration. Instant effects such as Healing and Harming apply in one go.
Strays shoot arrows of Slowness and Bogged shoot arrows of Poison, and both can drop them. They also turn up in some loot chests and can be bought from a Fletcher villager.
Tipped arrows are always used up, even with an Infinity bow. One that stays stuck in the ground for a while loses its effect and becomes a plain arrow when you pick it up.
8 × Arrow + Lingering Potion → 8 × Tipped Arrow
// Slots with several items cycle through every accepted option.

Infinity needs one normal Arrow in your inventory and then never uses it up; Tipped Arrows and Spectral Arrows are still consumed.
Its cloud applies only a quarter of the duration (half the strength for Healing and Harming), and lingering potions are what you need for Tipped Arrows.
At the Crafting Table: 8 × Arrow and 1 × Lingering Potion give 8 × Tipped Arrow. It can be found as loot in Trial Chambers. It is dropped by Bogged, Parched and Stray. Sold by Villager: Fletcher (Master). Hero of the Village gift: Villager.
It is shot like a normal arrow and gives the target the effect of the potion it was made with. Shoots it: Bow and Crossbow. Used with: Dispenser.
