A Spectral Arrow is a glowing arrow that outlines its target through walls.
It is made with the Crafting Table from 4 × Glowstone Dust and Arrow.
What it does
Four Glowstone Dust around an Arrow make two. A hit gives the Glowing effect for a few seconds, so the target's outline shows even behind blocks, handy in dark caves and raids. Fletchers sell them.
