Minecraft 26.3 “Wilderness Bound”

Released on 15 September 2026, Minecraft Java Edition 26.3 adds the Dappled Forest biome, abandoned camps, cushions and straw beds, plus stairs and slabs for every wool and concrete colour: 124 new blocks and items in total. It requires Java 25.

A design for each of 18 biomes, from meadows to the pale garden. Chests and barrels hold explorer maps to other structures.
