It is made with the Crafting Table from Stick, Redstone Dust and 6 × Gold Ingot. It is mined with a pickaxe.

At the Crafting Table: 1 × Stick, 1 × Redstone Dust and 6 × Gold Ingot give 6 × Powered Rail. Mining the block drops it. It can be found as loot in Mineshaft.
