Detector Rail block in Minecraft
The Detector Rail sends a redstone signal while a cart is on it, and a comparator reads the cart's contents. Rails guide Minecarts across the world and can be laid on almost any solid block. All rails work the same way; the Rail page explains them.
It is made with the Crafting Table from Stone Pressure Plate, Redstone Dust and 6 × Iron Ingot. It is mined with a pickaxe.
