How to make a Copper Golem and sort items with it
Iron Golems sometimes hold out a Poppy, as they do for villagers.

The Poppy is a red flower common in plains, forests and meadows. It is the most widespread source of red dye, and it is also the flower that Iron Golems carry and drop.
It cannot be crafted; it can be found in chests. It can be composted: each one has a 65% chance to add a layer to a Composter.
Crafted on its own, a poppy gives one Red Dye, used for red wool, banners, beds, terracotta and glass. Mixed into a suspicious stew with mushrooms and a bowl, it gives a few seconds of night vision.
Iron golems drop up to two poppies when killed, and in villages they sometimes hold one out to villager children. Bees love flowers like the poppy: they pollinate it and carry the pollen to nearby crops, which helps them grow.
Poppies grow again from bone meal used on grass, can be potted in a flower pot and go into a composter. As a small flower they pop off if the block below is removed, and flowing water washes them away.
