Potion brewing in Minecraft: every recipe in one place
3 Glass in a V shape give 3 Glass Bottles.

The Glass Bottle is the empty container of potions, honey and dragon's breath. Three glass blocks make three, and drinking a potion or a honey bottle gives the empty bottle back.
It is made with the Crafting Table from 3 × Glass.
Use an empty bottle on water, or on a water cauldron, to get a water bottle, the start of every brewing recipe. Used on a full Beehive or bee nest, it collects a Honey Bottle; put a Campfire under the hive first so the bees stay calm. In the End, it scoops up Dragon's Breath from the purple cloud of the Ender Dragon.
A honey block crafted with four empty bottles turns back into four honey bottles, a handy way to store honey compactly. Splash and lingering potions are thrown away with their bottle, so only drinkable potions return one.
Witches drop glass bottles, and an expert Cleric buys them for emeralds.
3 × Glass → 3 × Glass Bottle
