Ender Chest block in Minecraft
An Ender Chest gives access to a private inventory that is the same in every ender chest you open.
It is made with the Crafting Table from 8 × Obsidian and Eye of Ender. It is mined with a pickaxe and drops Obsidian. It gives off light level 7.
What it does
Eight Obsidian around an Eye of Ender make one. Items you store are tied to you, not to the chest: any ender chest anywhere opens the same 27 slots, and other players see only their own. Mine it with Silk Touch; otherwise it drops eight obsidian, but your items stay safe.
