Released on 1 August 2012, Minecraft Java Edition 1.3.1 makes single player run on an internal server, so worlds can be opened to LAN. It adds villager trading with Emeralds, Desert Pyramids and Jungle Temples, the Ender Chest, tripwires, the Book and Quill and Adventure mode.
