How to make a Copper Golem and sort items with it
It takes items out of Copper Chests and carries them to chests that already hold the same item, which gives you a sorting system with no redstone.

Copper Chest block in Minecraft
The Copper Chest is the fresh, orange stage. A copper chest stores items like a chest, and copper golems take items out of it to sort them into nearby chests. Copper ages in four stages, from orange to green, unless you wax it with a honeycomb; an axe scrapes off one stage or the wax.
It is made with the Crafting Table from 8 × Copper Ingot and Chest. It is mined with a pickaxe (at least tier stone).
