The Waxed Copper Chain is waxed, frozen in time. A copper chain hangs and lies like an iron chain, in a copper color that changes with age. Copper ages in four stages, from orange to green, unless you wax it with a honeycomb; an axe scrapes off one stage or the wax. All stages work alike; the Copper Chain page is the fresh one.
