Cinnabar block in Minecraft
Cinnabar is a deep red stone that forms bands in the walls of the Sulfur Caves.
It is mined with a pickaxe.
What it does
It mines like stone with a pickaxe and drops itself. Slabs, stairs and walls exist in cinnabar too, and it becomes Polished Cinnabar, cinnabar bricks and Chiseled Cinnabar by crafting or on a Stonecutter.
Its red tone pairs naturally with the yellow of Sulfur, the other stone of the same caves, for warm, contrasted builds.
