Unlock every recipe
/recipe give @s *Fills your recipe book with every recipe in the game.

/recipe unlocks recipes in a player's recipe book, or takes them away. Use * to cover every recipe at once. The command matters most with the limited_crafting game rule, where players can only craft the recipes they have unlocked.

Command generatorRecipes normally unlock as you pick up ingredients. /recipe skips that step. Recipe IDs usually match the result, such as minecraft:torch or minecraft:diamond_pickaxe. With /gamerule limited_crafting true (/gamerule), the Crafting Table only accepts unlocked recipes, which lets an adventure map control what players can make.
Most recipes are unlocked by hidden advancements stored under minecraft:recipes/. That is why /advancement grant @s everything (/advancement) also fills the recipe book. A Knowledge Book carrying the recipes component unlocks a list of recipes when used, a handy reward for a map.
No new recipes were learned: the player already knew every recipe given. No recipes could be forgotten: the player did not know them. The command never gives items: use /give for the ingredients or the result. Taking a recipe back does not remove items that were already crafted.
