Polished Basalt block in Minecraft
Polished Basalt has neat vertical grooves and comes from four basalt. Basalt is a dark gray volcanic stone of the Nether, shaped like a column. Basalt blocks work the same; the Basalt page explains them.
It is made with the Crafting Table from 4 × Basalt (other recipes also exist). It is mined with a pickaxe.
