How to get, grow and ride a Happy Ghast in Minecraft
It avoids Cactus, Sweet Berry Bushes, Wither Roses, Magma Blocks, fire and Pointed Dripstone.

Pointed Dripstone is a stone spike that hangs from cave ceilings as a stalactite or rises from the floor as a stalagmite.
It is mined with a pickaxe.
A stalactite falls when the block holding it breaks or a projectile hits it, and deals damage on landing; falling onto a stalagmite hurts more than a normal fall. Under a source of water, a stalactite slowly grows longer and drips: it fills a Cauldron placed below with water, or with lava if lava sits above.
Dripping water also dries Mud above the dripstone into Clay. Four pieces craft a Dripstone Block. Dripstone caves are full of it.
