How to disenchant items with a grindstone in Minecraft
It also repairs two damaged items of the same type and clears the anvil's prior work penalty.

The Anvil is the block you use to repair, rename and combine items, including adding enchantments from an Enchanted Book. Each use costs experience levels, and the Anvil slowly wears out until it breaks.
It is made with the Crafting Table from 3 × Block of Iron and 4 × Iron Ingot. It is mined with a pickaxe.
Put an item in the first slot and either its repair material (iron ingots for iron tools, for example) or a second item of the same kind in the second slot. Combining two enchanted items or an item and an enchanted book merges their enchantments. Every item remembers how often it has been worked on, so repeated repairs cost more and more levels; when the cost reaches 40 levels, the Anvil refuses with the message Too Expensive.
Renaming is cheap and works on any item. A renamed container shows its name in its interface, and a Name Tag has to get its name here before it works on a mob.
Each use has a small chance (12%) to damage the Anvil, which goes from Anvil to Chipped Anvil, then Damaged Anvil, then breaks. It falls like sand when nothing supports it and hurts whatever it lands on, more the farther it falls.
