Purpur Block block in Minecraft
The Purpur Block is the plain tiled block, and it copies the Spire armor trim template. Purpur is the lilac stone of End cities, made from popped chorus fruit.
It is made with the Crafting Table from 4 × Popped Chorus Fruit. It is mined with a pickaxe.
What it does
Smelt Chorus Fruit into Popped Chorus Fruit, then four of them craft four purpur blocks. The block has slabs and stairs, and two slabs stacked make a pillar. A Stonecutter turns one block into a pillar, a slab pair or stairs.
End cities and End ships are built from purpur, so you can also simply mine it there with a pickaxe. Its soft violet color matches end stone bricks and end rods.
