Prismarine is crafted from four shards in a square. Prismarine is the sea-green stone of ocean monuments, made from prismarine shards.
It is made with the Crafting Table from 4 × Prismarine Shard. It is mined with a pickaxe.
What it does
Guardians and elder guardians drop Prismarine Shards, and the monuments themselves are built from prismarine, prismarine bricks and dark prismarine. Mine them with a pickaxe, ideally with water breathing or a conduit nearby.
Plain prismarine slowly shifts color between green and blue. It has slabs, stairs and a wall, and it also serves to copy the Tide armor trim template.
