Oak Door block in Minecraft
This door is cut from the common oak of forests and plains. A wooden door is two blocks tall and opens with a click, a redstone signal or a villager passing through.
It is made with the Crafting Table from 6 × Oak Planks. It is mined with an axe. As fuel it burns for 10 seconds in a Furnace, enough to smelt 1 items.
What it does
Six planks of one wood make three doors. Unlike iron doors, wooden ones open by hand, and villagers open and close them on their own, which is how they move between houses. On Hard difficulty, zombies can break them down.
Two doors placed side by side mirror their hinges and form a double door. Doors can be waterlogged in their lower half, and Overworld wooden doors burn as fuel, while crimson and warped doors never catch fire.
