It cannot be crafted; it can be found in chests. It is mined with a pickaxe and drops Netherrack.
What it does
Mined without Silk Touch it drops plain Netherrack. Bone meal on nylium grows roots, fungi and sprouts around it, and bone meal on netherrack next to nylium spreads the nylium onto it. A fungus only grows huge on its matching nylium.
