Creaking Heart block in Minecraft
The Creaking Heart is a living block hidden in the trunk of pale oaks, which summons a creaking at night.
It is made with the Crafting Table from 2 × Pale Oak Log and Block of Resin. It is mined with an axe and drops Resin Clump.
What it does
Between two pale oak logs aligned with it, the heart wakes up at night and spawns a Creaking that cannot be killed while the heart is active. Breaking the heart destroys its creaking; each time you hit the creaking, the heart grows Resin Clumps on nearby logs. Mined, it drops resin; with Silk Touch you keep the heart.
